A conference on the topic of dispensationalism was held in Sarnia, Ontario, in 2015, with Dan Shutt, David Vallance and Ian Jackson sharing 5 preaching sessions between them.

PART 1 – Dan Shutt introduces the biblical concept of a “dispensation” and explains how history, from Eden to the Millennium, is divided into numerous ages in which God administers His dealings with men in different ways to fulfil His ultimate purpose. After some introductory remarks, Dan works his way through Scripture clearly outlining the distinctions we need to observe in different dispensations, if we are to understand the Bible correctly.

Isaiah Frazier relates the story of his conversion to Christ. Isaiah’s family were first impacted by the gospel in Blue River, Wisconsin, USA, in his great-grandfather’s time. His own parents influenced him in two different directions. He says he could easily have ended up an alcoholic, but by the grace of God he was spared that tragedy and came to know the Lord Jesus through the preaching of the gospel, but only after discovering - at his lowest point - that he was "helpless but not hopeless". The author of "O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go", George Matheson (1842–1906), was a Scottish minister, blind from the age of 17. Of this hymn he said, "I am quite sure that the whole work was completed in five minutes, and equally sure that it never received at my hands any retouching or correction. I have no natural gift of rhythm. All the other verses I have ever written are manufactured articles; this came like a dayspring from on high." Matheson, age 40, wrote the hymn the day his sister was married. It was likely that he was reflecting on the heartbreak of years before, when his fiancée gave him up due to his going blind. "O Love That Wilt Not Let me Go" went on to become one of the most beloved Christian hymns of all time. Here it is, joyfully sung by young people from Roseisle Gospel Hall in Manitoba, Canada.
