Scottish evangelist and Bible teacher Robert McPheat (1933-1990) was an eloquent preacher with a unique delivery – able to convey spiritual truth with winsomeness, directness and power. After reading “Lovest Thou me?” from John 21:17, Mr McPheat illustrated devotion to Christ from the men and women of 1 and 2 Samuel, in particular the list of ‘mighty men’ in 2 Samuel Ch 23.
