Ebenezer W. Rogers (1893-1977) is remembered as “a small man standing motionless on the platform, apart from moving lips, pouring forth in short lucid sentences the truth of God”. He spent his working life as a Civil Servant in the Patent Office in the South of England, retiring early in 1950 to leave himself free to serve the Lord full time.
