Born in Northern Ireland, Sam Curran (1921-1987) was saved in 1938 under the preaching of evangelists Joe Stewart and Fred Bingham. He married Miss Eleanor Alexander in 1944 and set up home in Mullavilly, near Portadown. In their 30’s, desiring to dedicate their lives to the Lord, the Currans developed a burden for full time service.
